BOOKING -

You must book your appointment Online or through Text at 734.217.9249.

When booking an appointment please read service details to ensure you are booking the correct service.

A credit/debit card and reservation fee will be required.  Once booked you will receive an email confirming your appointment and links to edit or reschedule. You have until 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to make changes.

 

RESERVATION FEE -

Reservation Fee is $20 which will be applied to your remaining total.

SALON - When attending your appointment we ask that you don’t bring extra people. Children are allow in salon only if they’re being serviced.

 

COVID-19 - As a salon we are taking the proper measures to keep everyone in our salon safe. When entering the salon please sanitize or wash your hands. All stations are 6ft apart. We do not require you to wear a mask in the building but recommend. Please cancel appointment if you are sick.

 

CANCELLATIONS -

We ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hrs before scheduled booking. A link will be provided in your confirmation email. If for any reason your stylist has to cancel you will be refunded your reservation fee or rescheduled. We understand emergencies happen and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

NO CALL NO SHOW -

Your card on file will be charged 75% of your service total. Failure to have proper form of payment will result in being restricted from future booking.

ALL SALES FINAL! Please allow  5-10 business days for shipping.
